はじめまして。 現在、AIへの指示を中心に、日本を舞台にした3Dオープンワールドゲームを制作しています。 ゲーム開発の経験や専門知識が少ない状態から始め、AIにやりたいことを伝えながら、少しずつゲームとして形にしてきました。 一方で、制作を進める中で、ゲーム開発の全体像や、完成までに必要な工程、作業の優先順位などを十分に理解できていないと感じています。 今後、人に協力をお願いする場合にも、「どんな経験を持つ方に、どの段階で、何を任せるとよいのか」を自分で考えられるようになりたいです。 そこで、ゲーム開発に関わってきた方に、ご自身の経験を交えながら、制作全体の考え方や進め方についてお話を伺いたいと思い、募集しました。 ■ 相談したいこと ・ゲームの完成までに必要な工程と、それぞれの作業のつながり ・現在の制作状況や目標を踏まえた、優先順位や今後の進め方 ・制作を進めるうえで、まず理解しておくべき基礎知識や判断のポイント ・人に協力をお願いする場合の、役割分担や依頼するタイミング ・AIを活用した制作の実例や、人の判断・作業が必要になった場面 細かな操作方法よりも、「ゲーム制作全体をどう考え、どう進めていくか」を中心に相談したいと考えています。 すべての項目に詳しい必要はありません。ご経験のある範囲で、実際に取り組んだことや、その際に考えたことをお聞かせいただければと思います。 ■ こんな方を歓迎します 例えば、以下のいずれかに当てはまる方から、広くお話を伺いたいです。 ・AIを積極的に活用して、ゲーム開発や関連する制作に取り組んでいる方 ・ゲーム会社などで、開発・ディレクション・制作管理に携わってきた方 ・個人や少人数で、ゲームを企画から完成・公開まで進めた経験がある方 ・プログラム、企画、アートなど、複数の工程や担当者をつなぎながら制作した経験がある方 企業での勤務経験、役職、開発規模は問いません。AIの活用経験も必須ではありません。 それぞれ異なる立場や制作方法での経験を伺いたいと考えています。 初心者にも分かる言葉で、工程のつながりや判断の理由を説明していただける方を歓迎します。 ■ 相談の進め方・報酬 まずは、お一人につき1時間程度を目安に、単発の有償オンライン相談をお願いしたいと考えています。 当日は、現在制作しているゲームをこちらで操作し、必要な範囲で画面共有しながら、制作状況や目指している内容をご説明します。 実際の制作物を見ていただいたうえで、今後の進め方や作業の優先順位、理解しておくべき点などについて、ご経験を踏まえた助言をいただければと思います。 複数名の方への相談を予定しています。お話ししてみて、お互いに合いそうであれば、継続的な相談も検討したいです。 報酬については、1時間(予定)程度の相談1回分として、ご希望の金額をご提示ください。 ■ 未公開情報の取り扱いについて 未公開の企画・制作物を扱うため、ご相談をお願いする方には、事前に秘密保持契約（NDA）の締結をお願いします。 共有する内容は、今回の相談に必要な範囲に限定します。相談で知った未公開情報については、第三者への開示・公開や、相談目的以外での使用をしないことにご同意 いただきます。 また、事前の承諾のない録画・録音・画面撮影、生成AIへの入力等の利用はご遠慮ください。 具体的な共有範囲や取り扱いについては、相談前に確認させていただきます。
