社会保険労務士事務所を運営しており、現在約80社の顧問先があります。 現在はCells（セルズ）、弥生給与、弥生給与 Next、Microsoft 365等を使用しています。 今後顧問先が増えても職員の作業負担が大きく増えないよう、事務所業務の効率化・自動化を進めたいと考えています。 特に実現したいのは、 ①顧問先ごとに公文書・給与資料・就業規則等を安全に共有できる「お客様との情報共有サイト」の構築、 ②電子申請後の公文書・決定通知書のダウンロード・顧問先別の振り分け・保存の自動化、 ③Outlookのメール・添付ファイルの整理、 ④弥生給与・弥生給与 Nextを使った給与計算前後の定型作業の効率化、 ⑤手続や給与計算等の進捗管理です。 顧客共有サイトについてはSharePointも候補ですが、SharePointに限定していません。 セキュリティ、使いやすさ、費用、運用のしやすさ等を考慮し、最適な方法をご提案いただきたいです。 Power Automate、Power Automate Desktop、RPA、AI等の活用も検討しています。 こちらで細かい仕様を決めるというより、現在の業務を見ていただき、どこから改善・自動化するのが効果的なのかというところから相談したいです。 まずは「お客様との情報共有サイトの構築」と「公文書の取得・整理・保存の自動化」を優先したいと考えています。 今後も継続して当事務所のDX・業務改善をお願いしたいです。 類似案件の実績、対応可能な範囲、今回の内容に対する簡単なご提案、概算費用をご提示いただければと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。 この仕事の特徴 専門スキル歓迎 継続あり
