【仕事内容】 インディーゲームの企画・制作におけるプログラミング業務と制作進行管理をお任せします。 具体的には以下のような業務を想定しています。 ・RPGツクールを利用したゲーム開発 ・ゲームの実装全般（UI、演出、イベント、システムなど） ・仕様に基づいた機能開発および改修 ・ゲーム内挙動、数値設定、各種パラメータの調整 ・不具合の調査、修正、品質改善 ・ディレクター、デザイナー、シナリオ担当との連携による開発管理進行 ・外部開発メンバーやクリエイターとの技術連携 ・開発環境や制作フローの整備、改善 ・テストプレイを踏まえた実装改善、最適化対応 ※年齢制限のある創作物を扱うプロジェクトも含まれます。同人作品等、該当ジャンルに理解・抵抗のない方を歓迎します。 【報酬】 月給 18万 ～ 20万円 ※1日8時間での業務委託契約でのフルコミット・リモート作業型 ※契約金額（税込）からシステム利用料を差し引いた金額が、ワーカーさまの受取金額となります 【用意してあるもの】 ・継続登用 ※業務委託で契約満了まで仕事をご一緒した上で、ご希望あれば面接を実施させていただきます 【 稼働時期 】 2026年10月〜2027年3月頃まで/ 相談して決めたい ※時期は前後する可能性がございます 【 重視する点・開発経験 】 ・RPGツクール・Unityを使ったゲーム開発のご経験 ・ゲームの制作進行管理の経験 ・Claude Codeの業務利用 【 応募方法 】 ・簡単な自己紹介や実績、ポートフォリオをご提示ください。 ・条件提示にてお見積もり金額を入力してください。 ご質問がありましたら、気軽にお問い合わせください。 応募をお待ちしております！ この仕事の特徴 専門スキル歓迎 継続あり
