1　概要ざっくりですが、会社ホムペに毛が生えた程度の案件になるかと思っています。・無料の招待制会員制サイトであり、WordPressで現在動いており、それを別のCMSに載せ替える。・開発はLaravelでもPHPでもいいです・サーバ立てるのは含みません。・複数サイトですがデザインがちょっと違うだけで機能はおぼ同じです。（サイトをコピーして作れます）・サイトは40コーナー（ページ）くらいでうち10コーナーは外部リンク。他10コーナーは投稿パラメータ。・会員ログイン機能があるが現状はWPの「メンバー」機能を使っており、会員だけの機能は限定記事読める、自己紹介が出来る。 2　納期要相談ですが、見通しとしては年内納品くらいかと思っていまして、皆様から見た時にすぐに売上が立つ、というより、ストック案件として気長に対応頂けると幸いです。 3　予算感・生成AIを活用して、出来れば1、2週間位でやってほしいのですが、ご提案ご相談頂ければ幸いです。（活用しないと出来ない案件かと思います）・金額は低いが、生成AIを活用すれば工数は劇的に削減出来ますので、結果自分の稼働時間が下がり、実質単価は上がると思います。・また弊社からお出し出来る仕事の数も増やせますので、結果的に利益は増えるのではないかと思います。この考えにご賛同頂ける方をお待ちしております。＜補足ー本案件の背景等＞現在生成AIによる市場環境の激変によって二極化（大手は好業績、中小フリーランスは低迷）に拍車がかかっています。従来型のボトムアップの工数カウントでのご提案はかなり難しい局面にあると認識しており、実際東京商工リサーチの先日の報道でも従業員5名前後の企業の倒産はこの10年で過去最高を記録しています。質の高い仕事を生成AIを活用しつつ「低コストで楽に」高回転させることによってむしろ「追い風」として開発する戦略をえがいており、結果顧客への浸透を進める(市場シェアより顧客シェアを志向し、安定した売上の確保）この考えにある程度賛同頂ける方は是非ご応募下さい。既にそうやって提案している開発業者が出てきており、良い悪いではなく、そういう市場環境に適用しなければならないと認識しています 4　求められる経験・スキル・開発経験値の高い方。・単に受け身で、言われたことを実装するではなく、出来ればディレクションも可能な方とおつきあいをお願いできればと思っています。 5　NGな方 1　オンラインで打ち合わせが難しい方。 2　他社にお勤めで副業の方 3　（ほぼありませんが）万が一の緊急時に携帯電話で連絡がつかない方。 4　日本語が不自由な方。 5　チャットでの反応に丸一日とかかかる方。人生は「一期一会」。よき出会いとなる事を祈念しております。どうぞ宜しくお願いします。！この仕事の特徴専門スキル歓迎継続あり
